The Compression is a hybrid between a shortboard and a gun. This board is built for charging huge waves and making drops that look impossible. It is recommended to ride this board 1 - 3 feet shorter than your typical gun, whilst adding 1/2″ to the width and 1/2″ to the thickness.

Whilst the Compression specializes in bigger waves, it also works great as a performance shortboard in medium-large sized waves.
