Boardcave ships a lot of surfboards, while following our strict safe delivery procedures to ensure your surfboards and accessories arrive safe and on time. Damages are very rare. In the unlikely case your board is damaged we guarantee we will cover all the costs in repair or replacement
ensuring we get your surfboard back to you as soon as possible.
Surf Hardware (Leg Ropes, Tail Pads, Surfboard Fins)
All surf hardware (fins, tail pads and leg ropes etc) will be delivered prior to the arrival of your customized surfboard to ensure you are ready for when your board arrives. You will be notified via email with shipment tracking details when your package is on its way.

At Boardcave we offer FREE shipping in the USA on surfboard accessories orders over the value of $50. Your shipping cost (if any) will be calculated on the checkout page when entering your delivery address details.
Shipping to your work address is recommended if no one will be at your residential address during work hours to accept delivery. You may also leave a note in the comments section on the checkout page providing delivery instructions. These instructions will be noted and passed onto the delivery driver.

Once your board has been dispatched you will receive a consignment number or shipment tracking number to keep an eye on your package while in transit and get an ETA. Transit time will vary depending on your delivery address. Please note delivery time frames are provided by the courier companies and are approximate estimates only. Boardcave will not be held accountable for loss, damage or late deliveries.
Boardcave has been shipping surfboards around Australia and the USA for years and it is extremely rare that surfboards or accessories are damaged in transit.
