Can I invite more than one friend to get multiple rewards?
Yes, you can refer as many people as you like to keep gaining more and more credit. For every friend that uses their $20 gift from you, you’ll be rewarded with an additional $20 credit for yourself.
How will I know when a friend has used their reward?
As soon as your friend has used their reward, you will be notified by email to let you know that another $20 of credit has been rewarded to you.
Where can I see my credits?
Log into Boardcave and click on the menu “Referred Friends”. You can see your “Active Balance” and you can see the list of your friends that have been invited and if they have registered and made a purchase.
Do my credits expire?
Yes, credits will expire after 2 weeks from the time they are given.
Can I use my credits for any purchase?
You can use your credit for any purchase as long as it is over $40 and the credit is no more than 50% of the total order. For example, if your order is $100 you can use up to $50 of your credit.
Can I transfer my credits to someone else?
No, it is not possible to transfer credits to another person.
My friend is already subscribed, can I still refer them for a credit?
Unfortunately not, this promotion is for new subscribers only.
Can I use my credit and also use a coupon code?
It is not possible to use a coupon code and also redeem credit, you can use one or the other.
How do I redeem my credits?
On the shopping cart page, before the final checkout page, there is a section named "Referrer Discount". Here you can enter the amount of credits you wish to use and click the button "Apply Discount".
Is there a minimum spend to redeem the rewards?
Yes, your order must be at least $40 and you can not use your credit for more than half of the order value. For example, if your order is $100 you can use up to $50 worth of credit.
Can I redeem my credits for cash or gift cards?
No, it is not possible to redeem my credits for cash or gift cards.
