Pete Devries is a Canadian born surfer who's home breaks are as rugged and beautiful as they come.
Icy cliffs and thick forests make for the most cinematic backdrops whilst Pete's progressive surfing stands out like futuristic machinery in a time before man. It's a winning combination, not to mention the editing and scoring is executed on a fine art level.
Despite growing up in a non competitive surf environment, Petes surfing is very much high performance. Surfing to this level of skill requires the right equipment which is why we see a selection of JS Industries Surfboards under the feet of Mr Devries.
Pete's go to board is the JS Industries Monstabox Hyfi - 5’8” x 18 3/4” x 2 1/4” 25.6L. Other models he enjoys are the Monsta and the Black Baron Twin Fin.
As far as lifestyles go we think Pete has got it worked out. Not that we could handle the cold like he can.
