UTOPIA

The Utopia by DHD Surfboards was born out of an experiment between Mick Fanning and shaper Darren Handley. When designing the MF Twin, and experimenting with natural speed the Utopia was a shape that Mick Fanning kept returning to for it's speed, Mick said that it was the fastest board he had surfed. Soon after, the other DHD team riders praised the shape for its speed with Liam Obrien riding the Utopia into the quarter finals at the U.S Open of surfing in Huntington Beach, California.
