The Zap works in a variety of surf and really depends on how you order yours. A shorter Zap will love shorts punchy or mushy beach breaks, whereas a longer version will light up on lined up point breaks. Anywhere from knee to head high in both conditions would be ideal. A fish/Hybrid blend, the Zap incorporates many characteristics of a classic fish, with a stubby tail and modern bottom contours. The result is a fast, fun and nimble board. Order smaller for a "skatey" feel or longer and cruise around the lineup.
