I mainly surf west coast of New Zealand waves in 2-6ft beach/point breaks. This board is solid!! I've owned it for 1 year and use it 2-3 times a week. It still looks like new. I did get a deck patch to help with this and would recommend it. I honestly can't think of a board I would go back to from this.

Good overall board, holds good rails in bigger surf. Has a wide body that helps for paddling into waves but for some surfers who prefer more narrow boards go a tad more narrower than you usually would. This is my fav board for double overhead surf.

The Shadow is in my opinion the best high performance board out there. The Shadow has incredible paddle power and aloows you to glide through the water with ease. Straight from the drop you can feel how stable the board is and still get an emense amount of speed. Overall an amzing board.
