The RYD brand was founded in Cape Town, South Africa in 2014, and recently their good vibes have started to spread all around the globe. The RYD tribe grows through an all inclusive and participation based surfing journey to create enjoyable and unforgettable experiences along the way.
With a tagline like “May the Waves be Good Where You Are", the RYD team realised that inspiring others to have fun in and around ocean is the thing that gets them out of bed in the morning. And their message is centred around sharing that sentiment from the beginner to the professional on the world tour.
World Longboard Champion Steven Sawyer and WSL Championship Tour surfer Caio Ibelli are brand ambassadors including the local groms, the ladysliders and the up-and-coming chargers.
